This was the best.....

This was the best.....Seafood Bouillabaisse that I have made in a while. I found some special Indian mushrooms at the Coop. Then I gathered up 7 different kinds of fish - I had to go to 3 different fish stores to get the right ones - yes Bozeman is still a small town.  Then I added of course shrimp, squid (oh calamari), mussels, octopus and clam. The key is in the second cook down when my secret spices are added with a little extra olive oil.
